The landing gear facility in Xiamen offers full comprehensive MRO services for the landing gears installed on the Airbus, ATR, Boeing, and Embraer platforms. Our certifications include FAA, EASA, CAAC and a long list of country-related Civil Authority Approvals.
Flightparts Aerostructures Xi’an supports a wide range of regional, wide body and narrow body aircraft providing both shop overhaul and on-wing repair services for composite and metallic structures and possess various capabilities including but not limited to; autoclave assist and out-of-autoclave repair capability.
Flightparts Brasil, located in Porto Alegre, Brazil, added a complement to our current landing gear capabilities and also expanded our capabilities for Engines, APUs, Avionics and Accessories, offering an alternative choice for our customers.

At Flightparts health and safety refers to the health and safety at our people, our facilities and your passengers. We understand the impact of a well organized and a clean environment. Our facilities and our partner facilities are independently audited annually. Additionally all shipments undergo a quality and safety audit prior to shipping.
Our facility was a purpose build structure designed specifically around the landing gear overhaul process. The driving principle around our design was to reduce the movement of parts through the facility. This philosophy improves our parts tracking, reduces the movement of people and tools which leads to improved lean management. Our electro-plating and chemical treatment capabilities include 6 surface treatment lines including Chrome, Cadmium, Nickel, Anodize, Low Embrittlement Cadmium, Bright Cadmium Plate, Cleaning Lines and Nital Etch. We also comply with the highest environmental standards in terms of water and air treatment. Our waste water treatment facility uses a reverse ion exchange to increase the effectiveness of our heavy metal recycling system. Our facility was also design to maximize the use of natural light thru our sky light system. These efforts allow us to further reduce our cost and our environmental foot print.
